Does zakat become obligatory on saved money that has not reached the zakat threshold, to which the price of the wife's jewelry was added, reaching the zakat threshold, and a year has passed over it, or is zakat obligatory only on the wife for her jewelry? And is zakat obligatory on the amount from selling a house if a year has not passed over it and it was spent on building a new house, especially if it resulted in debt?

It has been authentically reported in the Sahihayn (Bukhari and Muslim) and other collections from the Prophet, peace be upon him, that he said: "The most beloved words to Allah are four: Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (All praise is due to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). It does not matter with which of them you begin."

In Sahih (definition) Muslim, it is narrated from Samurah ibn Jundub that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "The most beloved words to Allah the Almighty are four: Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (All praise is due to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). It does not matter with which of them you begin."

These four are called by the scholars "Al-Baqiyat As-Salihat" (the enduring good deeds), based on what Al-Hakim narrated and authenticated, and Al-Dhahabi agreed, from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri, that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Increase in the enduring good deeds." It was asked: "What are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied: "At-Takbir (Allahu Akbar), At-Tahleel (La ilaha illa Allah), At-Tasbeeh (Subhanallah), At-Tahmeed (Alhamdulillah), and La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (There is no might or power except with Allah)."

In these hadiths and others, the virtues of these words are mentioned, indicating that they are the most beloved words to Allah and that they are among the enduring good deeds. This is due to what they encompass of the oneness of Allah (Tawhid (definition)), His transcendence, His glorification, and praise of Him.

As for the reward for uttering them, specifically "Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illa Allah, and Allahu Akbar":

Muslim narrated in his Sahih from Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Shall I not inform you of the most beloved words to Allah? Indeed, the most beloved words to Allah are: Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi (Glory be to Allah and with His praise)."

In another narration by him also: "Indeed, the most beloved words to Allah are those which Allah has chosen for His angels or for His servants: Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallahil Azeem (Glory be to Allah and with His praise, Glory be to Allah the Almighty)."

Also in Sahih Muslim, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever says 'Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi' one hundred times, his sins will be forgiven, even if they are like the foam of the sea."

And from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Two words that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scale, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallahil Azeem (Glory be to Allah and with His praise, Glory be to Allah the Almighty)." Agreed upon.

At-Tirmidhi narrated from Ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "I met Ibrahim on the night of my Isra' (Night Journey), and he said: 'O Muhammad, convey my greetings to your Ummah, and inform them that Paradise has good soil and sweet water, and that it is a flat, barren land, and its plants are: Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illa Allah, and Allahu Akbar.'" Al-Albani graded it Hasan (definition).

These are some of the virtues of these words in summary. If you combine them, it is better, and maintaining them is among the best acts of worship.
