Is it permissible to use the Quran to inflict physical harm upon someone, and what is the ruling on one who does so to another Muslim due to a dispute or fear of harm?

The Quran is a healing and a mercy for believers and causes no harm. As for anyone who recites the Quran and adds to it incomprehensible incantations or names of devils, this is sorcery and magic that cause harm. Harming a Muslim is a great sin that is not permissible. What is required of a Muslim is to embody good treatment and forgive those who have wronged him.
