Is it permissible to fight one who has caused harm with the Qur'an, and am I sinful if I supplicate against her and she burns?

Nothing is consequent upon a dream, and it is not permissible for a Muslim to supplicate against their relatives without a legitimate Shar'i right. Rather, you should advise your relative, supplicate for her guidance, and respond to her ill-treatment with good.
