Is a girl who had multiple sexual relationships and confessed to her suitor that she is not a virgin—but did not inform him of her past relationships after her repentance—considered a liar, and is their marriage invalid?

The girl erred by informing the suitor about the loss of her virginity, because it is incumbent upon a Muslim to conceal their faults and not to publicize their sins. Her concealment of it is not considered a lie. If her husband asks her about the reason for the loss of her virginity, she is permitted to use equivocation and subtle hints (tawriyah and ma'arid) to imply that its disappearance was due to a permissible cause. The marriage is not affected by this concealment if it fulfills the conditions and pillars [of a valid marriage], and no one has the right to compel another to confess their sin.
