Did Allah (SWT) command us to curse Iblis, or is it sufficient to seek refuge from him, especially since he acts by Allah's command?

Allah Almighty cursed Iblis, as stated in the Noble Quran in Surahs Al-Hijr and Sad. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also cursed him, which indicates the permissibility of cursing him. As for the statement that Iblis obeys the command of Allah, this is a great error, for Allah does not command indecency, but rather goodness, and everything that happens is by His permission and will. There is a difference between the cosmic, preordained command and the religious, legislative command.
