How is the inheritance to be distributed among the the aforementioned heirs, taking into account the pregnancy of the deceased's son's wife and another pregnancy of the deceased's full nephew's wife?

If the heirs are limited to the wife and children, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of offspring, and the remainder goes to the children by way of ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. Nothing goes to the grandchildren (sons of sons), siblings, paternal uncles, their sons, or the two pregnant women (fetuses), as they are completely excluded from inheritance by the presence of the children.

The inheritance is divided into seventy-two shares: the wife receives nine shares, the male children receive fourteen shares each, and the female children receive seven shares each.
