Is the narration of Ibn Mas’ud, "If you see your brother committing a sin, do not be allies of Satan against him...", which was transmitted by Al-Tabarani in Makarim al-Akhlaq, authentic?

This narration was reported from Ibn Mas'ud in several sources. Its summary is: "If you see your brother commit a sin, do not be assistants to Satan against him by supplicating against him. Rather, ask Allah for well-being for him or supplicate for his forgiveness and repentance." Al-Haythami clarified that the narrators in its chain are trustworthy, but Abu Ubaydah did not hear from his father (Ibn Mas'ud), which makes it disconnected and weak.
