What is the ruling on shunning a mother who physically and verbally abuses her daughter, and is the girl considered disobedient if she refuses to return to her home due to the continuation of this harm?

If a mother is unjust to her daughter, it is permissible for the daughter to reside with her aunt to avoid the mother's harm, provided that she maintains ties with her mother to the extent that it does not cause harm to the daughter. If the daughter fulfills her obligations, then her mother's anger or curses upon her will not cause her harm. If she strives in obedience to Allah and perseveres, she will have a great reward.
