What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding hesitation to marry for fear that children might become victims of anticipated wars and tribulations?

Marriage is one of the good things that Islamic law has encouraged due to its great benefits, such as safeguarding one's chastity, procreating, and increasing the Muslim population. Wars do not prevent marriage. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his Companions would marry and procreate despite wars. So, do not pay attention to these whispers [of doubt].
