What is the religious ruling on helping a friend and his girlfriend leave the country for an abortion and bringing her back a virgin? Do I bear the same sin as they do?

Abortion without a legitimate Sharia-compliant justification is forbidden (haram), as it constitutes the destruction of progeny and an assault on a soul. Similarly, hymenoplasty is forbidden (haram), and a woman traveling without a mahram (unmarriageable kin) is a sin. Therefore, assisting these individuals in these actions is participation in sin, as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." It is obligatory to repent from this action and to clarify Allah's ruling to your friend.
