As for the deceased daughter, her husband is given one-quarter, and her mother is given one-sixth if she is alive. The remainder is divided among her children (males and females), with the male receiving the share of two females, bearing in mind that the division differs if the daughter died before her father. Finally, it is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the courts to ensure accuracy and to protect the interests of all parties.
