Is the money a young man receives for nominating contracting companies in tenders, along with a commission from the contractor after agreeing on the final price and the satisfaction of all parties, halal or haram?

If the selection of companies for the tender is the responsibility of the questioner, then it is not permissible for him to take anything from the company that wins the tender, because this falls under forbidden bribery, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Gifts to officials are ill-gotten gain." However, if the selection is not his responsibility, then it is permissible for him to take a commission under conditions mentioned in Fatwa no. 80729.
