Does "that" in the verse (That is the Book whereof there is no doubt) indicate the distant future, and what did Allah intend by it?

Papism is misguidance and disbelief. What the doctor claims, that the verse refers to the Baha'i, has no basis. "That" refers to a book, not a person. "That" and "those" can refer to someone near, for purposes of glorification. What is claimed is nonsense. It should be noted that it is not permissible for a woman to go to a male doctor except out of necessity, and it is not permissible to listen to the doubts of the people of misguidance unless one is equipped with religious knowledge and capable of refuting them.
