Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it removes one's sanity. If the husband swears by divorce and breaks his oath, his divorce takes effect. If the husband pronounces divorce three times, being aware of what he is saying, then his wife becomes irrevocably divorced from him, and she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband in a marriage of desire, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period expires. It is advisable to present the matter to trustworthy scholars in the questioner's country.
