Does a divorce issued by the husband while he is in a state of anger, three times over the phone, take effect? And what should the wife do if the husband wishes to take her back?

Divorce takes effect with the word "divorced" (ṭāliq) if it is explicitly or implicitly attributed to the wife. However, if there is no intention to attribute it to her, it does not take effect. If a husband says to his wife, "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," and he intends three divorces, then three divorces occur. If he intends to affirm the first one, or if he has no intention, then only one divorce occurs. Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it is so severe that it leads to loss of consciousness. It is advised that the husband exercise wisdom and avoid uttering words of divorce, and divorcing with the triple pronouncement is prohibited.
