Is selling paper bracelets and necklaces to tourists, who may not be Muslim, permissible or forbidden?

The basic principle concerning selling is that it is permissible. Dealing with disbelievers in buying and selling is permissible as long as the transaction is within what is lawful, based on the Almighty's saying: "But Allah has permitted trade and forbidden interest," and as was done by the Prophet, peace be upon him, who bought food from a Jew. It is permissible to sell cosmetic tools to Muslims and non-Muslims, unless it is known that the buyer will use them for an unlawful purpose, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate not in sin and aggression."
