If a man passes away and leaves behind a wife, three sons, and four daughters, and no other heirs, the inheritance is divided as follows: The wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of inheriting descendants, and the remainder goes to the children, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into eighty shares: the wife receives ten shares, each son receives fourteen shares, and each daughter receives seven shares. It is advisable to refer to courts for matters of inheritance, due to their importance and seriousness, and to ensure that there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
