Is it permissible to lease agricultural land that contains unproductive mango trees for a specified period and price, on the condition that the tenant bears all cultivation costs during that period?

The majority of scholars agree on the permissibility of renting land for a fixed price in gold or silver, contrary to Ibn Hazm, who absolutely forbade the renting of land, citing the prohibition reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Meanwhile, those who permit it cite hadiths that qualify the prohibition and permit renting for gold and silver. Therefore, there is no harm in renting agricultural land that has mango trees without fruit for a specified period and at a specified price in one of the currencies.
