Is a second sacrifice, in addition to the Eid day sacrifice, incumbent upon the one performing Tamattu' Hajj?

The pilgrim performing Tamattu' Hajj is required to offer one sacrifice (hady), which he slaughters on the morning of Eid al-Adha. He is not obligated to offer an udhiyah (sacrificial animal for Eid al-Adha) because, according to some scholars, it is not a Sunnah for the pilgrim, even though others consider it a Sunnah for both pilgrims and non-pilgrims alike.
