Does a person sin and does his money become unlawful if the YouTube ads that appear on his music-free videos contain music and women, knowing that he did not choose these ads, and is he absolved of responsibility by writing a disclaimer in the video description disavowing these prohibitions?

It is not permissible to contract for the promotion of advertisements that include forbidden elements, such as music or images of women. This is because it constitutes aiding in sin and aggression, which is forbidden by Islamic law, as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty." Furthermore, the money earned from promoting such advertisements is forbidden, because "when Allah forbids something, He also forbids its price." And one's obligation is not discharged by requesting to lower the volume and not to see the images.
