If you divorced your wife before consummation and did not renew the marriage contract, she is irrevocably separated from you, and you cannot take her back except with a new contract. As for the daughter, she is attributed to you.

If you renewed the contract after the first divorce, then subsequent divorces are effective. Divorce for a pregnant woman is valid, and divorce during a period of purity in which you had intercourse with her, or during menstruation, is effective according to the majority of scholars.

Based on this, your wife has been irrevocably separated from you with a major irrevocable divorce (baynunah kubra), and you cannot take her back until she marries another man and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period (iddah) expires.
