What should a man do if he knows the number of his sucklings from an unfamiliar woman, and is that woman considered his wet nurse if his mother and aunt disagree about the number of sucklings?

Caution is required in matters of suckling (رضاع). If a woman states that she suckled a man and a woman who are married, they must separate as a precaution, even if they are not certain about the number of sucklings or the truthfulness of the woman. This falls under the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt." Thus, if there is doubt regarding prohibitive suckling, caution necessitates treating it as a prohibitory relationship out of piety and to ward off suspicion.
