What is the ruling on someone who suffers from continuous flatulence and wants to go to the mosque before the Adhan after renewing their ablution?

Purity for the person with incontinence is achieved by performing ablution immediately after the time for prayer begins. Delaying ablution for a reason related to prayer, such as the virtue of congregational prayer, does not harm him. As for performing ablution before the prayer time begins, it is invalidated by the departure of the time during which the ablution was performed. The Maliki school of thought does not stipulate the entry of the prayer time for the validity of ablution for the person with incontinence.
