Does divorce take effect upon saying: "I divorce my wife if I do such-and-such" when that thing is done, or by saying: "My wife is unlawful to me or divorced if she becomes jealous of me" when that occurs, if the pronouncement of divorce was made to oneself without uttering it aloud?

No consideration is given to the suspension of divorce if it is merely a thought or a doubt about uttering it, for the default state of newly occurring actions is non-existence. For an oath to be binding, it must be verbally uttered. What occurred is merely a whisper from Satan.
