What is the religious ruling regarding a religious man who married a girl who committed adultery before marriage without his knowledge, then committed adultery after marriage without his knowledge and repented, and he too had committed adultery with her before marriage and repented?

The girl must repent to Allah Almighty before it is too late. She should conceal herself with Allah's concealment and not inform her husband of what happened, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to a woman who committed adultery: "Conceal yourself with Allah's concealment."
