What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a fetus aborted after a pregnancy resulting from an illicit relationship, and had the soul been breathed into it, and what are the consequences of that on the Day of Judgment, and can one ask for the return of the fetus in Paradise?

Adultery is a crime forbidden and deemed ugly by both Islamic law and reason. It is not permissible to abort a fetus after the ensoulment (120 days), even if the pregnancy resulted from adultery, because it is an inviolable soul. If the woman who committed adultery embraces Islam and repents sincerely, Allah will forgive her past sins committed before Islam, for Islam nullifies what came before it, and transforms her evil deeds into good ones. As for the fetus aborted before its mother embraced Islam, its knowledge is with Allah.
