What is the ruling of Islam concerning a daughter who becomes pregnant by her abusive, alcoholic father? Is it permissible to abort the child? And will her repentance be accepted if she has an abortion?

She who is forced into adultery is not considered an adulteress, and there is no sin upon her. The hadd punishment is applied only to the adulterer. Incest is a more severe crime. This crime does not justify abortion, especially if the soul has been breathed into the fetus, because it is the unlawful killing of an innocent life, and killing a soul is one of the gravest sins. Allah Almighty says: "And whoever does that will meet a penalty. The punishment will be doubled for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in humiliation. Except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds." It is not permissible to abort the fetus; it is attributed to its mother and not to its father from adultery.
