Is the mentioned hadith about the Dajjal authentic in terms of its narrator, and should a fatwa be issued based on it, or should the narrator be changed?

The Hadith narrated by Abu Dawud from Imran ibn Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) states that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever hears about the Dajjal, let him keep far away from him. For by Allah, a man will come to him thinking he is a believer, but then he will follow him due to the specious arguments he is sent with." This is an authentic Hadith. The meaning of it is that whoever knows of the Dajjal's appearance must keep far away from him and not trust himself, because the Dajjal raises doubts that may tempt a person and make him follow him without realizing that he is thereby committing disbelief. There is no objection to spreading this Hadith as a warning to people about his temptation.
