What is the explanation of the Hadith: "The Dajjal will descend in this barren land at Mirqanah, and most of those who go out to him will be women, so much so that a man will return to his close relative, and to his mother, and his daughter, and his sister, and his paternal aunt, and tie them up securely for fear that they might go out to him," and how can this tribulation be confronted?

The Hadith that describes the descent of the Dajjal in the salty plain of "Marri Qanat" and that most of those who go out to him will be women, has a weak chain of narration. Nevertheless, the trial of the Dajjal is the most severe of trials, and the ways to be saved from it are:

1. Steadfastness and fearing Allah by following His commands and avoiding His prohibitions.

2. Seeking refuge from the trial of the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal) after the Tashahhud in every prayer.

3. Memorizing the first ten verses of Surat Al-Kahf and reciting them to the Dajjal if one encounters him.

4. Studying and comprehending the authentic texts that describe the Dajjal and his trial.

5. Keeping away and fleeing from the Dajjal when he appears.
