Nocturnal emission during the day in does not invalidate the fast, even if semen is discharged, because it is not an action of the fasting person, nor does he have any choice in it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he reaches puberty, and from the insane person until he regains his sanity."
Thus, your fast is valid. If you did not see any trace of semen, then is not obligatory for you, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when he was asked: "Is ghusl obligatory for a woman if she has a wet dream?" He replied: "Yes, if she sees water."
