The answer

You must repent from sins and admonish your brethren against them. It is impermissible for you to persist in sins and neglect advising your brethren. This combines two transgressions. Therefore, you must repent to Allah and advise your brethren. You are not a hypocrite, but you fall into what Allah condemned in His saying: "O you who have believed, why do you say what you do not do? Great is hatred in the sight of Allah that you say what you do not do," and His saying: "Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason?"
