What is the ruling on a husband who travels and leaves his wife for more than a year, and refuses to have children with her despite her desire for that, knowing that they have been married for five years?

It is recommended to turn to Allah and ask Him for offspring, in addition to supplication and seeking forgiveness. The wife can reach an understanding with her husband about him staying with her until she conceives, but he is allowed to travel if he wishes, provided that he leaves her in a safe place and provides for her. It is her right that he not be absent from her for more than six months except with her permission. The husband does not have the right to deprive his wife of procreation without her consent, such as practicing coitus interruptus without her permission, for she has a right to have children.
