What is the ruling on placing pictures of butterflies without features on bedroom walls, and does it prevent the entry of angels?

If the images are without features, there is no harm in them, because they are not complete images and do not imitate Allah's creation. It is apparent that the hadith: "Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image" refers only to prohibited images, and thus does not include permissible images.
