Is the Antichrist the Christians' alleged savior, and will Christians treat Jesus, upon his return, as the Antichrist or The Anti-Christ?

The three nations await an awaited one who will appear at the End of Time. The Jews await the Dajjal (Antichrist), and the Christians await the Messiah, son of Mary, believing him to be God and the son of God. As for Muslims, they await the Messiah, son of Mary, the servant of Allah and His messenger, who will descend following the Sharia of Muhammad, peace be upon him, and will kill the Dajjal, break the cross, and kill the swine. Jews and Christians agree that the awaited Messiah will be from the Children of Israel and that the base of his kingdom will be Jerusalem. The Jews have deceived factions of Christians to prepare for his descent, by giving Jerusalem to the Jews. The truth is that the Messiah, son of Mary, peace be upon him, will kill the Dajjal and those with him from the Jews, and he will be an enemy to those Christians who remain on their corrupted religion and refuse to embrace Islam.
