Who is the ruler or Caliph: is it Jesus (peace be upon him) or the Mahdi, considering that the Mahdi will fill the earth with justice, and Jesus will rule for 40 years?

The Mahdi will rule for seven years, then Jesus (peace be upon him) will descend and pray behind the Mahdi. After that, Jesus will be the Caliph, and he will rule according to the Sharia of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). He will kill the Antichrist (Dajjal), break the cross, kill the swine, abolish the Jizya (poll tax), and wealth will abound.
