Is it permissible to abort a fetus if pregnancy occurs, knowing that the wife's guardian's condition was not to have children before the wife finishes her studies, and the spouses were practicing coitus interruptus fearing pregnancy?

It is impermissible by consensus to abort a fetus after the ensoulment (blowing of the spirit). As for before ensoulment, there is a dispute, and the Council of Senior Scholars has permitted it if it is in the first stage for a [valid] reason. However, completing studies is not a justification for aborting a fetus, because education can continue after birth.
