The states that it is impermissible to use copied software without the permission of its owners, as it infringes upon their rights. Whoever does so must pay its value. Ignorance may lift the sin, but it does not waive the obligation of compensation according to the majority of scholars. Therefore, you should contact the companies and inform them. If they forgive you, then all is well; otherwise, you must pay them the value of the software whenever you are able.
