What is the ruling on one partner taking an excess percentage of the profits without the other's consent, knowing that this occurred after the dissolution of the partnership?

Neither of the partners nor their children are entitled to take an extra percentage of the agreed-upon profit except with the consent of the other partner. And whoever takes money without the consent of the partner must repent to Allah and return the money to its rightful owners, because repentance is not complete without restoring rights.
