What is the ruling on my work in the shop from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., then from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., while there is much talk about me concerning this matter, and my younger brother follows my paternal uncle in his stance?

If the questioner is an employee of his uncle, he is bound to work for the agreed-upon period. However, if he is a partner, he is only obligated to do what the other partner is customarily obligated to do, unless they agree otherwise.
