What should I do about my brother who is late for work, and do you have any advice for me?

The official contracted working hours must not be delayed or left before their end without a valid excuse, as this violates Allah's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions in what is lawful." Receiving the full salary for incomplete work is considered deceit and consuming wealth unjustly.
