Is it permissible to pray Fajr at home—due to the bus schedule for work—or is it better to perform it in congregation at the mosque, even if it means being an hour late for work?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for a capable man who hears the call [to prayer]. He must perform it in the mosque unless doing so would cause him significant harm, recognized by Islamic law, such as being late for work, which could lead to his dismissal or a deduction from his salary while he is in need of it. In such a case, he is permitted to stay behind and pray at home. If someone is with him, they can pray in congregation together.
