What is the ruling on praying in a moving car when one is unable to pray standing or to maintain facing the Qiblah, and how can one face the Qiblah while sitting, knowing that it is not possible to pray after the time or before it expires (for Fajr)?

A Muslim must perform the prayer at its prescribed time, fulfilling all its conditions and pillars. If it is possible to alight from the car to perform the obligatory prayer before its time expires, then this must be done. However, if alighting is not possible and one fears the time will expire, then one should pray in the car while sitting, if standing is not possible, while maintaining direction towards the Qibla as much as possible, turning with the direction of the Qibla. If one is unable to do so, one should pray in their current state, gesturing with nods, making the prostration lower than the bowing. There is no blame upon them, for Allah Almighty says: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its scope" and "So fear Allah as much as you are able."
