The answer

Weakness of faith is the cause of relapse and a return to sins. To strengthen faith, one must know Allah with a true knowing, by combining fear and hope, reciting and contemplating the Qur'an, reading hadiths and the biographies of the righteous, accompanying the good, and abandoning bad companions. Furthermore, the inability to marry is not a justification for deviation. A Muslim must practice continence, for Allah has guaranteed to enrich the chaste and to provide for the God-fearing from sources they never anticipated.
