How can a person who has committed many sins, including adultery and masturbation in Ramadan, and feels despair of forgiveness, repent to Allah with sincere repentance, and what are the signs of accepted repentance, and how can they stay away from these recurring sins, especially with their desire to marry and the existence of obstacles from their parents, and is wealth a sign of Allah's wrath or His pleasure?

Allah has only forbidden that which can be left and only obligated that which can be done. The devil's delusion that repentance is impossible is countered by taking the means that assist in abandoning disobedience. Among the most important of these means are marriage, or fasting for those who cannot marry, staying away from forbidden provocations, changing one's mindset, and keeping company with the righteous. Provision is in Allah's hands and has no relation to good deeds. The sign of accepted repentance is abandoning the disobedience and not returning to it.
