Is it permissible for my brother to see my wife's face when she is veiled?

The most preponderant opinion is that the face and palms are 'awrah (parts of the body that must be covered) and must be concealed from non-mahram men. The husband's brother is considered a non-mahram, and thus she must conceal her face from him.
