Is it necessary to visit the Sacred Mosque at least every 5 years?

A Muslim is not obligated to visit the Sacred Mosque from time to time; rather, the obligation is to perform Hajj and Umrah once in a lifetime. However, whoever has been blessed by Allah with ample provision and good health yet has not visited the Sacred Mosque for Hajj or Umrah, has indeed missed out on much good, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah Almighty says: 'Indeed, a servant whose body I have made healthy and whose livelihood I have made expansive, if five years pass over him and he does not come to Me, he is deprived.'" This is understood to signify desirability and emphasis.
