The answer

Allah has obligated Hajj once in a lifetime for those who are able, and anything more is voluntary. There is no set limit for the number of times one can perform voluntary Hajj; this depends on the financial and health condition of the individual, the needs of their relatives and the poor, the general welfare of the community, and their status and benefit to it. It is not appropriate for one who is able to let five years pass without performing Hajj, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah says: 'A servant to whom I have granted health in his body and expanded his sustenance, yet five years pass over him without him visiting Me, is indeed deprived.'"
