What is the ruling on performing Hajj every year for one who is able, and is one who performs Hajj every year sinful, as some scholars have mentioned, and what is the authenticity of the hadith: "Perform Hajj and Umrah consecutively"?

The hadith "Follow between Hajj and Umrah" is authentic and has been narrated by several Companions. What is attributed to Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, that whoever performs Hajj should leave room for others, is incorrect, as the Sheikh himself denied this statement, affirming that the texts of the Shariah indicate the virtue of repeating Hajj and Umrah, and that they dispel poverty and sins.
