Why should Muslims visit Mecca at least once in their lifetime?

Muslims feel proud of their servitude to God, and they obey His commands with submission and surrender, because He is the Wise, the Merciful, who deserves love and obedience. Hajj is an example of this; it forgives sins and grants entry to Paradise, with conditions. God made it obligatory once in a lifetime, contingent upon ability, as a减轻 for His servants. Hajj and other acts of worship were legislated to glorify God and to thank Him, not merely to perform movements. Also, Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, will come at the end of time to perform Hajj to this House.
