Is someone who translates, displays, and publishes Hentai Anime (Japanese scenes of sexual activity) considered a disbeliever and an apostate from Islam?

The ruling on the impermissibility of sexually explicit animated films and everything that aids in their production, translation, display, or dissemination. Whoever assists in their dissemination is a partner in sin with the viewer. However, merely watching, disseminating, or translating them does not constitute disbelief, nor does it make the doer an apostate thereby.
